| High-pressure die casting
Die casting is a fast and cost-effective manufacturing process
to produce high volume of net-shaped and tight tolerance components
in lightweight alloys. Die casting has the benefit of increased
repeatability, often at lower costs compared to other casting
processes.
The high-pressure die casting process consists of injecting
a liquid alloy under high pressure into a metal mould or die.
This alloy solidifies rapidly to form a component which is
then extracted automatically or manually.
The die will produce large quantities of parts before being
replaced.
Dynafond is equipped with all the techniques of die casting, in particular of the moulding under-vacuum and thermoregulation
